On September 22, 2026, the Colorado and Pikes Peak CPCU Society chapters are bringing the Risk-A-Thon to CU Denver Campus — and it's going to be unlike anything you've attended before.

 So what is the Risk-A-Thon?

 Think of it as a hackathon — but for risk professionals.  Inspired by the tech world's collaborative problem-solving events, the Risk-A-Thon brings together CPCU members and risk management professionals ("Risk Scientists") with innovative start-ups ("Risk Takers") for a full day of collaborative risk assessment and real-world problem solving.

 You'll work directly with start-up leadership — CEOs, COOs, CFOs — to identify their risk exposures, heat-map those risks, and develop actionable risk management strategies they can actually implement.  By the end of the day, your team will present a risk management plan in a live pitch session.

 This isn't a seminar.  This isn't a panel discussion.  This is hands-on, high-impact work that matters.
