This course, led by Sue Snyder, aims to help learners develop and evaluate their emotional intelligence skills. We will explore how to identify and regulate our own emotions, as well as how to empathize and communicate effectively with others. The course will cover four key domains of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management.
